Ensuring Equitable Access for Tribal Nations to Land and Water Conservation Fund Dollars and Other Conservation Funding

Launched a multi-year effort to understand and address the structural barriers Tribal Governments face in accessing LWCF funding. Drawing on the NATHPO/TWS research report released the same year, speakers examined why Tribal Governments have received less than one percent of LWCF State Assistance Program grants since 1965.
